It all begins with you and learning about your goals. You’ll complete a health screening and then assessments are selected and modified to suit your needs and abilities, and ultimately, allow us to establish a baseline for safely beginning a fitness program tailored specifically to you. Your assessment provides the information roadmap to customize a progressive workout program that meets your goals, fits your abilities and considers your preferences. This is where the fun begins and your fitness journey takes off! Get ready for a variety of props and equipment options!

Once we’ve designed a program to match your goals, we start our one-on-one training together to ensure you are working out safely and effectively. Motivation, accountability, and knowledgeable guidance are key to your progress!
