”I hope to play golf as long as possible and I don't generally write reviews but felt compelled after starting to work with Joan, a Titleist TPI Certified Pro and personal trainer. She has really opened my eyes and made a difference - now I know WHY I had lost some distance and speed in my game...and WHAT I can do about it. Joan explained the TPI Golf Fitness screening and how valuable it could be for identifying potential weaknesses, muscle imbalances or other areas of mobility that could be affecting my golf swing. We went through the assessment and the results truly surprised me - she showed me my golf fitness handicap and designed a custom program to specifically address the areas of need. “If you are considering working with a trainer, pick Joan!! She does a detailed initial evaluation to find your areas of strength and weakness. And then she details a plan just for you to improve your performance. She is kind, encouraging and patient. She is very specific in her instruction and very clear in her direction. She works the entire body in one hour while incorporating stretching and balance. Two very important components that often are overlooked. Joan makes moving your body fun!
